A Loving Beginning for Our Littlest Learners
At Kidz Crusade Academy, we understand how important it is for parents to know their baby is receiving loving, attentive care while they are away. Our infant teachers are dedicated to creating a safe, warm, and responsive environment where each baby feels secure, comforted, and loved. From holding and cuddling to talking, singing, reading, and playing, our caregivers use everyday interactions as opportunities to encourage healthy development.
We recognize that every baby is unique, which is why our infant program is centered around individualized care. We work closely with families to maintain consistency between home and child care, including each baby's feeding and sleeping routines. Parents receive communication about feedings, diaper changes, naps, activities, milestones, and their baby's day.
What Our Infant Program Provides
- Individualized Care – Care and attention based on each baby's unique needs, development, and daily routine.
- One-on-One Interaction – Plenty of holding, cuddling, talking, singing, reading, and positive interaction with our caregivers.
- Developmental Activities – Tummy time, music and movement, sensory experiences, exploration, and age-appropriate activities that encourage cognitive, language, social-emotional, and physical development.
- Milestone Development – Activities that encourage important developmental skills such as reaching, grasping, rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, early communication, and independent exploration.
- Individual Feeding & Nap Schedules – We strive to maintain feeding and rest routines that are consistent with each infant's individual needs.
- Support for Nursing Mothers – We welcome and accommodate breastfeeding mothers and work with families to properly handle and store breast milk.
- Personal Space – Each infant has designated space for personal belongings and an assigned crib in accordance with our center procedures and applicable child care requirements.
- Health & Sanitation – Diaper-changing, handwashing, cleaning, and sanitation procedures are carefully followed. Infant toys, equipment, cribs, gliders, and changing areas are routinely cleaned and sanitized according to required procedures.

Every detail of our infant program—from the selection of equipment, toys, learning materials, and developmental activities to the training and preparation of our caregivers—is thoughtfully considered with the health, safety, comfort, and development of our babies in mind.

Even during the earliest months of life, children are constantly learning.
